Conventional patents consist of an abstract followed by a detailed description. The Holy Bible, as a document on moral, civil, physical and spiritual affairs, is not compiled in any definite order. The Creation Sabbath Commandment Law, as God's abstract for inventing the world, formally stipulates God as the claimant, lists the items claimed, and reveals the seal on creation.

This abstract, which in a conventional patent application would precede the detailed descriptions, is presented in the twentieth Chapter of the second book of the Bible (Exodus). Details of the methodology, accomplishments, and additional claims that should come after the abstract, are scattered throughout the rest of the Bible - with major details presented in the first Chapter of the first book of the Bible (Genesis). Scanning through these accounts in the Scriptures, and ordering them appropriately, reveals them to be a compilation of the details of God's claim on creation, presented in the format of a conventional patent. Dr. Michael Ebifegha is a scholar with international experience.

He obtained a B.Sc. (Hons.) in physics and a M.Sc. in applied geophysics from Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria, where he worked as a lecturer in the Department of Physics for five years. In Canada, he earned a M.Sc. in physics, from Carleton University and in 1986, the University of Toronto conferred upon him a Ph.D. in physics. Dr. Ebifegha also holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Toronto. He is currently a full-time science and mathematics instructor in the Toronto District School Board. In 1992, while employed by the Toronto Catholic District School Board, he obtained an additional qualification in religious education.

The postulate of molecules-to-human evolution by natural selection (evolutionism), like creationism, cannot be demonstrated empirically. Therefore, the creationism-evolutionism controversy offers a choice between intelligent design (ID) by God and unintelligent design (UNID) by evolutionary selection. Scientists are split on philosophical grounds; for instance, Albert Einstein favoured ID whereas Richard Dawkins champions UNID. In 2005 physicist and information theorist Hubert Yockey established that the origin of life is unknowable through science. Accordingly, the origin of species is indeterminable by scientific methods.

In 2007 distinguished philosopher Antony Flew, once a leading atheist, concluded after fifty years of studying scientific evidence that God designed the world. In reality, designers claim products; no product of a process can account for how it was designed or its ontology. The battle between the supporters of Dawkins and the late Stephen Jay Gould over the dynamics of evolution affirms this fact. John Rennie, the editor of Scientific American, has suggested that one way to override a purely evolutionary worldview would entail the creator/s appearing and claiming credit.

Michael Ebifegha's The Death of Evolution provides details of God's ancient claim for having created the universe. Dawkins' The God Delusion fails to address this historical event; hence, his statement that "There almost certainly is no God" is flawed. The delusion as such is not about God but about materialism. Imposing materialism as the dead-end to all scientific investigation is tantamount to a version of fundamentalism that results in intellectual delusion. Both scientific evidence and philosophical analysis point to God as the Creator. God, moreover, affirms agency historically in a speech before an audience. Continued insistence on Darwinian evolution as the originating force brings scientific integrity into question. Creation or Evolution?: Origin of Species in Light of Science's Lim...

Were humans created, or did they evolve? This debate continues to rage between science and religion. In Creation or Evolution?, author Michael Ebifegah examines these two worldviews within the framework of science.. 

He examines the constraints of science as an explanatory framework for the origin of species and compares the contemporary world to a hypothetical world under the influence of evolutionary processes and agency. Additionally, he considers the irrelevance of the earth’s age to the creationist/evolutionist controversy. He stresses that knowledge of the intersection between the origin of life and the origin of species is required to establish the latter.. 

Ebifegah augments the natural selection discussion in light of Fodor and Piattelli-Palmarini’s work and addresses science’s limitations in deploying similarity/dissimilarity arguments in the debate about creationism versus evolutionism. Finally, he focuses on the lack of historical evidence to justify an evolutionary worldview. 

Creation or Evolution? discusses how the M-theory and Charles Darwin’s paradigm of evolution by natural selection are outside the limits of science. Ebifegah shows that we must look beyond the inadequacy of such theories and address the validity of science as the sole avenue of inquiry.
