Spiritually Rich and Sexy: A Woman’s Guide to Becoming Infinitely Attractive

To release and heal all that is ready to be cast aside allows you step forward fearlessly with your amazing Jimmy Choos leading the way.  Spirituality is Sexy and you are filled with a new perception that has enabled you to break through the illusions of limitation, thus taken you to a greater truth.    The truth is that there is no dream too big, no mountain too high and no star too far from reach. 

Make no mistake, however, that just as you congratulate yourself on a job well done, you will stand to face your reflection in the mirror once again.  Do not let this test of faith frighten you, as you are perfectly equipped in your power pumps and ready to walk the walk.  When the student is ready, the teacher appears.  This teacher confronts you with your deepest fears and doubts so that you may examine how much you have learned.  Do you stay the course and put into practice what you have learned or do you throw the slingbacks overboard and set sail on the Dead Sea once again?  Think of this as your mid-term exam and your job is to take a wire cutter and snap the ball and chain off your foot, so that you may run naked and free across the beaches of paradise. 

Learning to discern the messages of spirit is the job at hand and will lead you forward ever more efficiently.  This is not difficult it just takes practice.  For instance, have you ever had a negative gut feeling and proceeded forth with what you knew did not feel right?  It didn’t turn out in your favor did it?  Only the empowered woman will be bold enough to allow her gut instincts, repetitive thoughts, and heart centric feelings guide her towards her truth of what will work in her life.  I studied in the school of hard knocks and it took me years to have reach the level of confidence needed to pass my mid-term, each exam ever more stringent than the next. 

I clearly remember the chiming bells as they were but a whisper in my ear as I stared at my reflection in the mirror.  I continued to put the finishing touches of makeup on my face and I couldn’t diminish the overwhelming feeling that doom lurked ahead.  I wondered if this was how all brides felt moments before they were to walk down the aisle?  My mind was running rampant with daydreams that my impending marriage was going to be short lived.  The bells soft sounds turned into screeching sirens when my dad pulled me aside and said, “Pamela, if you don’t want to go through with this, it’s okay.  We can just walk out of here and go have one hell of a party instead.” 

In looking back, I now realize that my spirit was trying to tell me that I was off track with this decision.  And my father’s gut instincts were confirming what I knew to be true, but didn’t have the courage to admit to myself.  What was I to do?  Leave the poor sap at the alter?  That is exactly what I should have done, but back then I didn’t have the guts to do it.  But today is a different day and I let my spirit lead, as all spiritually rich and sexy woman do and if I had alarms blaring as obnoxiously as those were, I would not only leave the groom to ponder his next move, I would run screaming from the church for fear that it might go up in flames!  You too have this power within that guides you towards your golden road.  Now is not the time to hold back, this is your opportunity to go for it.  Own your beauty and magnificence and trust in the shoes you have been equipped with.

Born in Iowa and now a true Texan, Pamela Jo McQuade lived a shell shocked existence, moving from experience to experience in a state of struggle and adversity. Having been raised in a staunch Catholic family she did not grow up having an underlying sense of spirituality and could not see the inner wealth and beauty that was lying beneath the rubble of illusion. 

Pamela was living in a destructive relationship, was a banker in the midst of financial devastation, and was entrenched in a battle of empowerment versus unworthiness. Circumstances prodded her to turn within and discover her true essence, which pointed her toward her destiny. As she aligned to her golden path, her life underwent a radical spiritual transformation, resulting in new beginnings and a soul inspired quest to bring forth teachings of inner truth and light. 

She quit her long held corporate career and spent half a decade following the call of her heart and soul. This mystical journey transformed her life into the Spiritually Rich & Sexy woman she is today. Pamela is a Reiki Master, a student of A Course in Light, extensively trained in Holographic Healing techniques and a Reverend with the Universal Life Church. She is a dynamic, soulful speaker and a sought after expert in helping others raise their consciousness, cleanse and heal their body and fill their heart with love.
